ASP.Net Developer (Lead)
Job Description :
- Very strong on technical skill; primarily C#, ASP.NET , .Net, MVC, SQL Server & OOPS
- Strong in C# programming with Asp.Net (OOPs, Multithreading, LINQ)
- Good hands on experience with Socket Programming (TCP/UDP)
- Candidate should be good at analyzing requirements.
- Candidate should be comfortable implementing the allocated task independently.
- Candidate should be caring for building elegant Web based software and should be team player.
- Should have good communication skills.
Responsibilities:-
- Managing multiple project at a time.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors/Client for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Requirement Gathering and understanding.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
