Role- Workday Techno-functional Consultant
Job Description-
- Experience in Implementing/Supporting Enterprise Application - Workday.
- Functional experience on Core HCM , Advanced Compensation , Recruiting & Talent Mgmt
- Hands-on Integration experience in EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Core Connectors, Workday Studio.
- Workday Web Services API, XML, XSLT
- Cloud Connect for Worker, CCB
- CCTPP PICOF/PECI
- Custom Reports & CalculatedFields.
- Experience in handling PII/Comp/Confidential data.
- Knowledge of Security configuration in Workday.
- Experience in work on all project phases including fit/gap, configuration, and testing.
- Building / integrating Workday system with current business environments and define and enforce best practices.
