Job Description:


SAP HCM:
AP HCM certification Preferable 6 years of work experience in HR Domain Out of which least 4 years business experience, with a focus in Talent Management, Payroll & benefits management process of different industries SAP HCM experience of 6 years with at least 1 year experience in solution consulting preferable Should have minimum 3 end to end implementation experience including participation in Business blue print phase Solid grounding in common business practices, policies and procedures in the areas of Human Resources Strong fundamentals in areas of SAP HCM recruit to retire processes, Talent management, Payroll & benefits administration ,Self services and HR E- Solutions Understands the overall technical goals of the business and the SAP hardware and software inventory and capabilities Understands solutions or technologies that map to client needs, as well as prerequisites and hardware and software requirements Excellent Communication Skills in English Ability to communicate in any other foreign language desirable Good Documentation Skills Mature & Organized with Ability to function independently and effectively in a self-directed environment Highly organized, detail-oriented, a strong work ethic, and demonstrated teamwork skills Analyze and document HCM customer business processes Collecting, understanding, and transmitting the business requirements for the project, and translating these into Business blueprints , functional specifications & approach documents Researching and identifying appropriate SAP solutions for business requirements Using past experiences and knowledge of SAP system & related technology for designing complete solution Need to stay abreast & research on technologies and approaches critical to the SAP HCM architecture Contributing to and leading HCM team members through design & build phase of projects or pursuit solution approach for RFP responses Work with the business analyst to analyze a particular business process or business requirement, and be responsible for the design and coordination of a new solution The growth would be parallel to the performance of the candidate and progression would be in SAP Solution Stream The candidate to be open & willing to travel for long term assignments to parts of India or abroad consultants need to have at least one implementation project experience. Power process sector experience preferable.
