Title- ServiceNow Lead Developer
Location- Remote
Duration- Contract

• Candidate should have ITSM knowledge and should be strong in integrations.
• 7+ years of ServiceNow relevant experience

Skills Required
• In depth ServiceNow platform knowledge
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Javascript, Jelly scripting etc)
• Experience developing custom applications, modules, forms, and workflows in ServiceNow.
• Ability to integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP web services and MID Servers.
• Expert level understanding of ServiceNow best practices.
• Leadership and communication skills
• SME in ITSM application with strong integration experience
 
Responsibilities
• Participate in the development of business requirements ensuring a thorough understanding of business needs and processes.
• Conceptualize, design, code, and test ServiceNow solutions that deliver new system capabilities, system enhancements or defects.
• Support & maintain applications by proactively resolving issues and enhance application stability.
• Assist with product roadmap & business capabilities that align with the application.
• Continuously monitor application performance and vendor recommended patches & upgrades.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to improve the quality and scalability of supported systems and provide recommendations.
