1. Cisco IP Telephony implementation/support experience for mid-size and enterprise environments, including Voice gateways and protocols H.323/SIP/MGCP/SCCP.
2. PSTN circuits (PRI, T1, SIP, analog, FXO, FXS).
3. SIP experience mandate
4. Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) administration & troubleshooting.
5. Cisco Unified Communications Manager Session Management Edition (CUCM-SME) administration & troubleshooting.
6. Cisco Unity/Unity Connection/Unified Messaging.
7. Cisco Unified Serviceability.
8. Cisco UCS.
9. Cisco UCCX.
10. CCNA certification required, CCNP/CCNP Voice.
11. VMWare configuration experience.
12. Windows Server administration experience.
13. Willing to work in shift.
