Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented ServiceNow Developer with expertise in ITSM, HRSD, and ServiceNow platform development, specifically focused on Employee Center Pro and Service Portal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform, improving business processes, and enhancing user experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform, with a primary focus on ITSM, HRSD, and Employee Center Pro.
• Customize, configure, and enhance Service Portal to deliver optimal user experiences.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain custom applications, workflows, integrations, and service catalog items on the ServiceNow platform.
• Create and manage REST, SOAP web services, and integrations with external systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with ServiceNow applications and systems.
• Implement best practices for application development, configuration, and security within the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop reports and dashboards within ServiceNow for tracking key metrics and KPIs.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure quality standards are met.
• Ensure the timely deployment of new features and functionality.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD, Employee Center Pro, and Service Portal.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform development, including Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP web services, and MID Server.
• Hands-on experience with Service Portal development, including widgets, widget customization, and UI/UX design.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configuration management (CI/CD) processes.
• Understanding of ServiceNow security practices, including user roles, ACLs, and data policies.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow's HR Service Delivery (HRSD) applications and their integration with other ServiceNow modules.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues within the ServiceNow platform.

Preferred Skills:

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
• Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS for Service Portal development.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience working with ServiceNow.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
