Job Description
JD for Fusion CRM –
- Implementation Experience on Fusion CRM Sales, Fusion CRM Service .
- Good in Requirement Gathering, Understanding of Business process/flow Experience on designing and solutioning.
- Responsible for the implementation, support, and maintenance of CRM systems, including integration with other systems.
- Provides relevant data reports that will be used to analyze and support business-wide decisions.
- Responsible for the support, audit, and improvement of the Bankrsquos cloud-based CRM systems.
- Designs develop and maintain integrations between CRM and other methods.
- General understanding of Oracle Cloud is needed.
