ServiceNow HRSD developer
Location :- Pune.
Working mode:- Hybrid (2-3 days in Office)
Job Description:
As a ServiceNow HRSD Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing HR Service Delivery solutions using the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate closely with HR stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of HR processes, ServiceNow platform capabilities, and best practices for system development and integration.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and design HR Service Delivery solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop and customize ServiceNow HRSD modules, including Case Management, Employee Service Center, HR Knowledge Management, and HR Portal.
- Configure ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and other platform components to automate and streamline HR processes.
- Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with other HR systems and third-party applications using APIs and web services.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure the stability and reliability of HRSD solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing ServiceNow HRSD implementations.
- Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and industry best practices for HR Service Delivery.
