Ten years experience in projects of similar size and complexity 2
Experience in managing external implementation partners 3
Experience as project manager in both waterfall and implementations as scrum master in agile projects
Ideally experience in the transition from waterfall to Scrum methodology

Solid track record in stakeholder management at all levels 5
Experience in customer solutions domain and or call center environments, preferably in the energy market
Or yellowing rable sectors like telecom or banking 6
Experience in large-scale MA AX system or similar large-scale deployments in a complex IT landscape eg integration through middleware with several other applications 7
Experience in preparing the internal IT organization to a managed service situation outsourcing, including training employees 8
Strong preference for Dutch native speaker, fluent in English written and spoken

Politics and intercultural sensitivity adept at identifying and dealing with different interests of different stakeholders 10
Strong leadership characteristics natural authority to connect people and able to overcome potential conflicts
Looking with vigor to support and ensures timely consensus

Excellent communication skills, proven able to click on all levels, from programmer to director 12
