Graphic and Instructional designer_Chennai
EXP: 4-7 Yrs
Location: Chennai
Job Purpose
1.1
To design and deliver end-to-end learning solutions mapping to customer requirements that enable competency and performance improvement
Key Accountabilities
- Completed a regular degree in a recognized university or will complete in one or two months (mandatory)
- Ability to read storyboards and raw content
- Develop GUI/ interfaces
- Ability to come up with visual design
- Create a visual brand for all e-learning solutions
- Develop images and other visuals elements of training programs
- Ability to create graphics, icons, characters using Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash.
- Ability to create basic-level animations in Flash.
- Ability to integrate multimedia elements to create short videos
- Basic knowledge of HTML, XML and Flash AS.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional attitude and flexibility.
- Proficient in MS Office tools.
- Working knowledge in video editing tools, 3D tools or authoring tools (Captivate, Articulate) is an added advantage.
- Have knowledge in E-learning domain
