Work Location: India (Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Trivandrum, Gurgaon, Indore, Nagpur, Bhubaneswar), US and Canada

   • Evaluates and Analyses Customer Needs and perform Fit-Gap analysis
   • Create high-level and detailed-level design artifacts for optimum business solutions
   • Conduct Demos/Workshop with business users
   • Collaborate with technical team for development activities
   • Manage End-to-End Data Migration process
   • Functional Testing and UAT Testing support
   • User Training
   • Resolve issues reported by end client super users
   • Resolve the service requests raised by the end customer with the support of all platform tools and artifacts
   • Lead/Mentor junior members in the team
2. Skills & Competencies

1. Essential:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 4 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics D365 BC (NAVISION) Experience
• Very Good understanding on Data Migration activities
• Skills in troubleshooting and fixing user support cases
• Experience in at least 5 of the following modules is highly desirable. Inventory and warehouse management, Procurement and sourcing, Sales and Marketing, Production/Manufacturing AP,AR, FA, GL, Projects, Retail/Commerce Cash and bank modules
• Excellent Analytical and Communication skills
• Functional consulting skills to manage Requirement gathering and detailing, fitment analysis, functional design, Integration functional testing, manage user acceptance testing, Training and hyper care support
• Strong client interaction skills
• Working independently and in teams
• Excellent Communication & Customer support skills
• Strong Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving skills

1. Preferred:

• At least 2 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business processes
• At least 2 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
• Management experience is a plus
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
