Senior .NET Developer

LOCATION – Pondicherry/Chennai

EXPERIENCE – 5 – 10 YEARS

Role Summary:

5+ years of hands on technical experience. The .NET developer will be responsible for writing code to build and support the web-based systems and platform. This role will interface with the business and other developers to ensure business requirements are translated into detailed technical specifications. Assist team in troubleshooting any system issues and ensuring application is up and operating efficiently.

Essential Responsibilities:          

Defines detailed functional and technical specifications required to satisfy business requirements for programs, projects, and releases

Participate in code reviews and ensure that all solutions are aligned to predefined architectural specifications.

Assist in the Identification and troubleshooting of application code-related issues

Manage programming and design evolution across multi-generation product releases.

Designs, implements and maintains the application-specific blueprints, life-cycle plans, and roadmaps.

Assist in development of User Acceptance Test strategy, test plans, test cases and interpretation of test results

Proficient understanding of code versioning tools TFS

Qualifications/Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years’ experience with C#, Javascript, Angular and .NET development

4+ years of experience in software development processes as an End to End Developer

3+ years of hands on experience with the following technology stack - MVC, SQL (RDBMS Knowledge e.g MSSQL), SOAP/REST webservices

Work experience on Azure Cloud based application

Experience or knowledge working on Angular JS or JS frameworks

Familiar with various design and architectural patterns

Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable software

Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

Strong Debugging and Troubleshooting Expertise

Strong communication skills (oral and written)

Desired Characteristics:

Experience in SDLC processes and automated tools, spanning requirements/issue management, defect tracking, source control, build automation, test automation and release management

Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills coupled with a strong work ethics

Passion to learn new technologies as needed
