Software development manager
He must be familiar with all the policies, procedures and technical issues related to software programming
The software development manager is the "go to” man when it comes to software developers
He is also in charge of managing the activities of the software developing team for EMS and will be responsible for all items related to one of EMS product. Good command of English language and ability to work with the Team in US and also talk to our clients to understand requirement. The individual will be a self-starter someone who researches the trend in the industry and also understands the requirements. Should have at least 3 years in managing teams and before that should have at least a good 5 years' experience in Microsoft .Net Development Technology.
