Job Description :
Responsibilities.
Provide management, operation and maintenance of the WAN equipment in the Network Control Centres with WAN links to remote locations PAN India, including Firewall, load balancing, Web Sense, Blue coat. Monitoring & configuring different series router & switch in MPLS based customer environment. Proactive Monitoring and Management of Network Devices. Configuration Management and Implementation of approved changes.
Ensuring SLAs / KPI.
Required:
- Good Knowledge of Cisco Routing & Switching technology (CISCO 2xxx, 3xxx, 4xxx etc).
- Good Knowledge of Cisco Wireless Controller, Cisco Access points, WLC, WAN Optimizer (riverbed etc) and Client.
- Good knowledge on network protocols (BGP, IGRP, OSPF, EIGRP, RIP , HSRP, VRRP etc) and routing, specially good in BGP.
- Working knowledge on MPLS network and connectivity.
- Good working knowledge on network performance monitoring tools such as Solarwinds.
- Working knowledge of Cisco / Check point Firewall.
- Working knowledge Load Balancer.
- Knowledge of Network designing an advantage.
- Preferable have working experience in Enterprise IT intra operations.
- Familiar with ITIL processes.
- Good communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in handling Enterprise Network operation as a SME.
- Minimum qualifications Regular Science Graduate or higher technical BE/ B.Tech
