Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow CSM Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow Customer Service Management platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ServiceNow CSM modules, integrations, and custom application development, and will work closely with stakeholders to streamline customer service operations and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions in the ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) module.
- Configure and customize workflows, business rules, UI policies, and data models in the CSM space.
- Integrate ServiceNow CSM with external systems (e.g., CRMs, ERP platforms, telephony, etc.).
- Build custom applications and portals for improved customer experience.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and process owners to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure best practices in coding, configuration, and security are followed.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and performance analytics related to customer service operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform and integration issues.
- Participate in agile/scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow releases and features, especially those related to CSM.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience, with at least 2 years focused on CSM.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow development tools (Flow Designer, App Engine, Studio, Script Includes, etc.).
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow data models and CSM-specific elements (Cases, Accounts, Entitlements, SLAs, etc.).
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and web services integration.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and/or CSM Implementation Specialist preferred.
