Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow GRC Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and customizing the ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) suite to meet business requirements and ensure seamless integration with other ITSM processes. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure that the GRC processes are automated, efficient, and aligned with industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:

• ServiceNow GRC Implementation and Development:
  • Design, develop, and implement solutions for ServiceNow GRC modules (Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk Management, etc.).
  • Configure and customize GRC applications to align with business requirements.
  • Develop custom workflows, forms, and reports within the ServiceNow platform to enhance the GRC processes.
• Integration and Automation:
  • Work closely with other teams to integrate the GRC application with other ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and Security Incident Response.
  • Automate GRC-related processes using ServiceNow workflows, orchestrations, and custom scripts to streamline business processes.
• Data Modeling & Reporting:
  • Design and implement GRC data models, including risk assessment, compliance, and audit management structures.
  • Develop custom reports and dashboards in ServiceNow to provide insights into risk and compliance data.
• Governance, Risk, and Compliance Expertise:
  • Implement risk assessment, policy management, and audit workflows to ensure that GRC processes are effective and aligned with industry standards and regulations.
  • Support regulatory reporting, risk mitigation, and compliance activities.
• Collaboration & Support:
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and system administrators to gather requirements and ensure that the GRC applications meet business needs.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to GRC applications, ensuring continuous improvement and stability of the solutions.
• Testing and Quality Assurance:
  • Perform thorough testing (unit, integration, and UAT) of the developed GRC solutions to ensure they meet business and functional requirements.
  • Identify, document, and resolve defects or issues with GRC applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• ServiceNow GRC Experience:
  • Solid hands-on experience with the ServiceNow GRC suite (Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk Management, etc.).
  • Experience with configuring, customizing, and deploying GRC applications within ServiceNow.
• ServiceNow Development Expertise:
  • Strong skills in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, etc.) for automation, business rules, UI actions, and custom applications.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow's best practices for GRC configuration, including the use of workflows, business rules, notifications, and UI policies.
• Integration Skills:
  • Experience with integrating ServiceNow GRC with other systems and applications, using REST, SOAP, and other web services.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow's integration capabilities, including mid-server configurations and integration with third-party tools.
• Understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC):
  • Knowledge of GRC processes and frameworks such as risk management, compliance assessments, audit management, and policy management.
  • Experience in the development and deployment of risk assessments, controls management, and policy compliance features in ServiceNow.
• Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions in the GRC space.
• Project Management & Collaboration:
  • Ability to work in an Agile environment, delivering incremental solutions and improvements.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work with both technical and business teams.
