Skype Hyper Care
- Strong knowledge of ITIL
- Installation and Management of Windows 2008/2012 Server.
- Installation and configuration of Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager.
- Working on Windows Server 2008 and Windows Server 2012.
- Creating user accounts in Active Directory, configuring user profiles, creating local and global groups, and managing accounts in complete Active Directory Domain controller.
- Working on Microsoft Exchange on Email Clients like MS-Outlook and Office 365.
- Creation, Configuration, and maintenance of Exchange databases, mailboxes, address lists, distribution groups, and shared mailboxes.
- Working on Lotus Domino Administrator and Notes of IBM server v8.5 and v9.0
- Sharing folders, planning and assigning NTFS permissions.
- Installation and configuration of Software's in Windows 2008/2012 Server and Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10.
- Knowledge on Creating Virtual Machines in VMware and Hyper V.
- Implementing network services such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Remote Access Services (RAS, VPN).
