Job Description:
- Hands on experience with ITSM Applications, Asset Management, Discovery, Orchestration, Service Mapping, HR Case Management, Security incidents, Vulnerability Management, Performance Analytics etc.
- Experience building and supporting custom applications in ServiceNow
- Experience configuring Service Portal
- Strong knowledge of Web 2.0 Technologies (Angular, Java Scripting, XML, HTML, AJAX,), SaaS applications and REST/SOAP Web Service integrations
- Experience using Eclipse IDE and SQL
- Experience with advanced concepts of coding and SLDC processes and procedures
- Self-starter who is Innovative, creative, self-directedand a great team player!
- Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills
- ServiceNow certified Application Developer
- ServiceNow Certified System Admin
