Our Ideal Candidate:

ü  Minimum of 4-10 years' experience with a proven track record of success in cyber risk management, data security, data quality management, product management, product development, or channel management. 

ü  Understanding of digital risk environment, the nature of services / products provided and key associated controls.

ü  Very strong project management & organizational skills - proven experience in developing detailed plans and the co-ordination of many dependencies and priorities in a complex, large-scale deployment environment.

ü  Ability to understand a data flow / process lifecycle 

ü  Ability to manage senior stakeholders  

ü  Understanding of the product development lifecycle using Agile Methodology.

ü  Understanding of the transaction banking domain.  

ü  Prior knowledge and first-hand experience in digital service delivery, particularly with fast-emerging technologies such as mobiles, tablets, APIS as well as the conventional channels such as online. 

ü  Comfortable discussing security controls, recent industry trends and solutions with clients as part of sales support or key client pitches. 

ü  Confident in managing others with ambitions for leadership growth. 

ü  Excellent analytical, problem solving and lateral thinking skills to manage complex application functionality challenges and conflicting business demands. 

ü  Proven inter-personal skills to actively engage with multi-cultural teams across the globe in understanding client needs, training the frontline country staff, managing client queries and feedback.

ü  Self-driven and highly motivated professional with a strong sense of ownership and a passion towards delivering high-quality client solutions and business objectives.
