ISAM Production support - Hyderabad Location
- Provide operational support for (TAM / TFIM / TDS / ISAM / ISAM ESSO installation/Configuration & Administration).
- Develop and implement identity management solutions using ITM ESSO / ISAM ESSO
- Deploy ISAM ESSO in various environments and configurations including high availability and failover
- Configure ISAM ESSO as per solution requirements and test plan
- Provide day to day support for operations related to TAM / TFIM / ISAM administration, troubleshooting, and resolution.
- Execute command line utilities on various platforms including Unix, Linux, Client Non-stop (Tandem), Mainframe, and MS Windows
- Monitor and report on Web site traffic and performance
- Adapt installer, shell scripts and perl scripts and aggressively automate manual tasks through scripting.
- Work with developers to identify and resolve more complicated problems
- Proactively monitors production and -non production environments and applications.
- Set and enforce compatibility and interoperability standards that ensure site accessibility for all users
- ISAM administrator, they work on install, configuration of ISAM application, create objects and create ISAM package, trouble shooting in all the env`s, and reboots of servers after patching in all env.
- Share knowledge with colleagues on technology subjects, solutions, best practices on vendor specific and also on generic security components
- Perform TAM / TFIM / ISAM configurations and guide implementation / development teams as required.
- Perform incident, problem, change management -Troubleshooting, Investigating operational problems and provide work around and resolution /remediation.
- Provide technical support to end user access issues or application teams /developer
- Performing scheduled maintenance activities such as cert renewal, patching, backups etc. as required
- Monitor the Tivoli infrastructure environment for operational effectiveness.
- Coordinate activities with various stakeholders like Development team, Business team, and Infrastructure team
- Participates in disaster recovery/business continuity and year-end processing activities as needed
- Knowledge of ITIL and tools preferably Service-now, Remedy is MUST
- Address urgent issues quickly, work within and measure against customer SLAs
- 24 X 7 production support operations
- Excellent communication skills
