(SCCM) Support L3 Support Analyst

  Technical skills (Required - Mandatory)

  • Should have strong experience in SCCM 2007 & 2012 / version 1802,1806,1810,1902, 1910.
  • Experience in design and installation of Microsoft System Configuration Manager.
  • Experience in Tire 3 systems management with multiple SCCM hierarchy and Domains
  • In-depth knowledge of SCCM client installation, software distribution, patch management, and other SCCM issues.
  • Hands-on experience in upgrading the SCCM environment.
  • Expertise in SCCM Administration, deployment, packaging, network inventory, boundaries, installer and network designing.
  • Experience in deploying, troubleshooting, and managing Bit locker encryption on Windows devices
  • SCCM knowledge and experience
  • Experience in supporting Windows Servers and Administration
  • Custom reporting and SSR reporting
  • Hands-on experience in WSUS server and its administration
  • Experience in PowerShell and automation
Technical skills (Required - Nice to have)
  •  
  • Good Knowledge on  Windows 2008 R2/2012/2016/2019
  • Able to use SCCM Collection to push the packages, patches
  • Troubleshooting skills with Windows Servers, SCCM
  • Good scripting knowledge using PowerShell, CLI
  • Understanding of VMWare virtualization technologies

  • Willingness and flexibility to learn new technologies scale up quickly and adapt to different roles as the situation demands.
  • Experienced in running operations following ITIL processes. 
  • Experienced in writing RFPs solutions and presentations during client visits.
 
  Area of responsibilities Skill Level
  • Data Centre Managements and should be ready to support during business hours and on-call support.
  • Experience in design and installation of Microsoft System Configuration Manager.
  • Automate the manual work using powershell
  • Troubleshoot and fix McAfee Agent, Network related and Vulnerability issues.
  • Responsible for Monthly MS Windows OS Patch testing and share the feedback.
  • Server Performance issue and Performance monitor enabling.
  • Drive Problem Management activities for RCA analysis and preventive actions
  • Create and publish knowledge base articles and contribute to knowledge management activities in the service.
