TAF-JD_CISEIT_DC_Technology Architect - India
JD ID TAF-JD_CISEIT_DC_Technology Architect - India Role (L1/L2/L3/Service Lead/Tech Lead/Architect) Technology Architect Position Enterprise Infrastructure Architect Department / PU CISEIT Academic Background Bachelor of Engineering / Technology / Science Overall Experience (in yrs.) 15+ years, with at least 12 years of experience in IT solution design Location Pune / Bangalore, INDIA Skill Summary Technical skills (Required - Mandatory)
- Must possess experience as an enterprise architect for a completed large-scale project
- Experience in different kind of infrastructure discovery tools with detailed understanding of service mapping, dependency mapping and upstream-downstream mapping
- Experience in using different migration tools and techniques (DoubleTake, PlateSpin, ASR, CloudEndure, VMware Convertor etc.)
- Strong understanding of Hybrid Cloud infrastructure and architecture with some mid-level knowledge around different workload types and their characteristics
- Must have undertaken the role of Technology Architect in a few projects
- Must have experience of architectures involving system planning, networking, operating systems, cloud, backup & archival, EMS, RPO/RTO management
- Must have experience of at least two projects involving transformation & migration
- Ability to cope in a technically complex and fast-changing environment, and to respond calmly and rationally to changing aspirations in a deadline-driven situation.
- Must have experience in architecting Hybrid Cloud solution and exposure to Software Defined Datacenter
- Industry certification like VMWare Certified Professional -- Data Center Virtualization (VCP-DCV) or EMC Data Center Architect(EMCDCA) / NSX / VCF / OpenStack / Data Center certified
