  Requirement Title Primary Skills Secondary Skill Job Description Experience Level FJ Level Salary 102051 - 102051_SAP_ FICO_Lead SAP - FI • Overall  6-9 years  of SAP related experience in FI/CO (Finance and Controlling)  and associated areas,Good understanding of SAP-FICO processes and data dictionary (Tables, FM, BAPI, BADI etc.),• Knowledge in Revenue Accounting and Reporting (IFRS 16 ),• Knowledge in REFX-CLS( Contract and Lease Management),• Experience in working on AMS project on S/4 HANA multi-tiered SAP environment,• Should be aware about AMS life cycle  including due diligence, Knowledge transition ,Shadowing, reverse shadowing, Stabilisation, operation,• Must have worked on Incident management, Problem management ,Change requests ,• Should be familiar with SLA's,• Should be familiar with ticketing tools like Service Now etc.,• Integration Knowledge with different SAP modules and legacy systems . Knowledge on interfaces, background jobs, enhancements and standard reporting functionality,• Ability to understand complex system landscape & configuration considering the E2E SAP-FICO process,• Ability to work with and collaborate with all Teams and Individuals in the Business Teams and IT Teams toward developing a best practice processes, quality and efficiencies for OneERP ,• Should have team lead experience,• Good communication skills, handling client communication along with offshore / onsite team,Preference to have Experience in DevOps ,SAP S/4 HANA certified Due diligence ,Knowledge transition from project team, Knowledge transition ,Shadowing, reverse shadowing, Stabilisation, operation Work on Incident management, Problem management ,Change requests Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements Prepare relevant document like SOP,FS/TS, Test scripts etc, Coordination with BPO/Business users for requirement gathering /clarifications Serve as key team member for One ERP SAP AMS Services in SAP-FI/CO (Finance and Controlling) area Daily, weekly, Monthly reporting to the appropriate stakeholders Ensure that wherever possible, the adoption of a best practice approach and minimal gaps in different activities Drive continuous improvement ,automation 6+ yrs FJ11 Upto 25 Lacs
