- Good at Performance and Optimization.

- Good at PLSQL / T-sql / PL Programing
- Should aware of different Locks and its mechanism .
- Should have experience of improving performance by re-writing queries ,procedure etc (should have good understanding of explain plan )
- Understanding of Database design –Data Modeling , Metadata etc.
- Writing Procedures, Functions, Packages and Database Trigger
- Oracle Forms Personalization and Oracle Alert
