MS SQL DBA
- Microsoft SQL Server DBA in Production/UAT
- Involved in MS SQL SERVER 2005,2008,2008R2,2012 Installation, Configuration, , Maintenance of Client's Production/UAT/QA/Development Servers.
- Proficiency in Administrator tasks such as managing users, Implemented and maintained database security.
- Installation/Migration and configuration of SQL Server 2008R2/ 2012.
- Experience in SQL Server software to new versions and applying service packs and hot fixes.
- Performing and maintaining all types of Database Backups and Recovery operations.
- Monitoring the user database suspend and recovery the databases.
- Responsible for the Production to Development, Test Database, QA Database Refreshes based on
- Identifying and resolving Blocking and Deadlocking issues by using activity monitor and Profiler.
- Administrating High availability solutions like Log shipping, Database Mirroring.
- Knowledge on Always On Availability Group.
- And involved in MSBI projects with extensive usage of ETL & Reporting tools like SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
