SAP S/4HANA Cloud Platform
Able to handle pressure, act independently and manage resources to achieve outcomes Strong SAP ECC and S/4 HANA experience in analysing, designing, proposing, and delivering SAP Solutions Knowledge of Solution Manager and DevOps toolchain (DevOps on SAP) Experience in S/4 HANA Transformation Services Experience in SAP Cloud Solutions Good to have experience in SaaS application like Ariba/Hybris/SF/Concur etc
Good to have experience in C/4, BW/4 HANA Conversion/Upgrade, Migration, and implementation Projects Good to have experience in Enterprise Applications / ERP from other OEM like Workday /Oracle EBS / Infor/ D365 /NS etc
Qualifications/Key Attributes Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field of study or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 5 years of Pre-Sales cycle experience, 10-15 years of SAP S/4 HANA experience required
Provide Big Picture, Market Insights, Value Propositions & differentiators into deals /RFP Recommended Tools and Accelerators related to end-to-end solutions for automations/innovations Must demonstrate a complete understanding of HANA, and cloud Infrastructure principles, theories, concepts, and techniques Self-direction to learn new systems and technology to effectively design end to end effective solutions
Able to take direction as well as capable of working with minimal supervision
Candidate must have strong problem-solving skills, be self-directed and capable of working with minimal supervision
Must have a strong, demonstrated commitment to customer service and be committed to pro-active review of processes and procedures to continually enhance service quality, service delivery and support
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers
Mentor and support other colleagues and L2 team for L3 Basis delivery
