Functional QA Tester

JOB PURPOSE :

- Provide QA support for ORACLE ERP Application for Customer in US

- Make sure that the ORACLE QA instance are enable for users and organizations to use them efficiently

- Perform functional QA testing around Supply Chain domain (Order Management, Inventory, DRP & ASCP and Finance modules)

- To coordinate/provide support on QA instance and user acceptance test

- To deliver validation result for change and regression in QA instance both project and enhancement purpose

- Perform and coordinate End to End and SIT testing

- Regression and defect management. Investigate issue and log.

KEY RESP. & DUTIES :

- To ensure readiness of QA instance for each validation cycle.

- Perform functional QA testing around Supply Chain domain (O2C/P2P/Inventory) for both enhancement and project purpose

- Study on business requirement to write functional test plans, test cases and coordinate with developments/project team for validation

- Prepare test data need for testing

- Perform functional testing and report issues in the defect repository

- Bug management - log defects and track it to a closure by working with the rest of the team members Report activity to the management and follow up to close upon timeline

- To provide functional support and test data for UAT and report issue/bug management

- Routine reporting

- Regular communication and Submit routine reporting to provide visibility on task status

- Alert and update for case that could happen

- Collaborate with team member in other zones to share information and perform end to end testing

- Manage related projects as per assigning from manager

- Report activity to team lead and management
