Troubleshooting networking & system issues through remotely and assist to users.
Configuration and maintain Sonic wall & Cyberoam Firewall.
Conducted POC trials of Network Security technologies including wireless (Cisco, Meru), web application firewalls (Fortiweb, Radware), SIEM tools (QRadar), and firewalls (Fortigate, Juniper Netscreen, SRX, and Palo Alto), then implemented the solutions.
Hands on Experience with Juniper Netscreen and SRX Firewalls and IDP, Palo Alto and Fortinet (Fortigate, Fortianalyzer, Fortimanager).
Strong LAN/ WAN experience with troubleshooting, design.
Experience with Switching, Routing and sub netting with Cisco routers and Switches.
Experience with Unifi &Cisco access point configuration.
Good experience in installing configuring bio-metrics and face detection.
