Job Description
Providing support for Cisco IP Telecom.
Maintaining and administering voice networks and related computing environments.
Configuration control and installation support.
Performing disaster recovery and data backups when required.
Handling of Service calls (Tickets) and ticket registration.
Monitoring and raising VOIP related Tickets.
Monitoring and troubleshooting of Voice interfaces – FXO, FXS, ISDN E1/T1 PRI.
Configuration of user features such as speed dial, call forwarding, call transfer, call pickup, call park, call forward all, Extension mobility, CSS & Partition and SRST.
Note : Notice period max 30 Days (short notice candidates preferred).
