- Collects and researches specific client requirements for projects, identifies requirements, gathers workflow data and basic system and reporting specifications
- Ability to set up and configure HCM Cloud Compensation system to support solutions design
- Evaluates, Recommends and Drives opportunities for system enhancements and/or efficiencies
- Recommends basic alternatives to address problems
- Provides functional direction on projects
- Ability to communicate technical concepts in a concise manner
- Ability to identify, assess and mitigate relevant risks to developed solutions
- Ability to Load HDL
- Fast Formula expertise
