System Admin- Linux
JD:
- Minimum of 5 years exp system administrator with experience in Red Hat and Ubuntu linux implementations and administration. Experience on Shell or Python scripting
- Working experience in public (AWS, GCP, Azure) and private cloud (OpenStack) environments preferred
- Supporting the development/QA teams including setting up the development/QA environments, creating users, home directories and troubleshoot day-to-day issues like performance problems, login issues, etc.
- Demonstrated proficiency with a scripting/coding language(s) – One of these would be an advantage Perl, Python, Ruby, shell
- Demonstrated proficiency with a configuration management tool a plus - Puppet, Ansible
- Exposure to one or more of monitoring/alerting tools and platforms such as Splunk, SignalFx, TICK, Grafana, Icinga, nagios, logicmonitor etc
- Embrace DevOps and Infra-as-Code culture with the right mindset to automate everything possible
