We have urgent opening for Citrix Admin for Gurgaon location.

Profile Citrix Support Engineer (Rotational Shift)

Good Knowledge & Working experience on Citrix Application and Desktop Virtualization

Configuration/Management of Citrix infrastructure (4.5, 6.5 and 7.x)

Experience on MCS and PVS

Proven ability in handling VDI infrastructure along with knowledge of ITIL processes

Citrix Patch Management and policies configuration

Provision VDIs (pooled and dedicated) and publishing them to end users

Creating machine catalogs and delivery groups in Citrix studio for applications and VDI's.

Installing/upgrading applications on Citrix application servers through PVS

Experience with Service management tool Service Now preferred

Should have good expertise on, remote support tools, MS Office and Outlook.

Preferable to have a good understanding of Windows servers, Desktops.

Flexible to work in 24x7 shifts

Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

Good Oral and Written Communication skills.
