Roles and Responsibilities:-
The key responsibilities for the role include:
- Ensure maximum availability of Opera PMS across hotels
- Trouble shooting Opera PMS application for reported issues by users and provide L1 support
- Coordination and set-up of IT infrastructure for training and implementation of Opera PMS
- Processing of all master data requests for Opera PMS
- Tracking of all issues related to Opera PMS and ensure speedy resolution
- Assess impact of any change in Opera PMS and advise accordingly
- Preparation of test cases for users to conduct UAT
- Comprehend and support Opera PMS interface issues
- Coordination with all IT Managers for Opera PMS matters
- Drive and maintain excellent user satisfaction for Opera PMS users
- Effectively ensuring IT compliances, IT continuity for Opera PMS
- Ensuring effective documentation and recording test results for changes, upgrades & implementations
