Must have Skills
Strong in Core Java/J2EE with experience of 6+ years designing/developing Enterprise applications
Web services technologies (SOAP, REST, UDDI)
Spring Framework
Java Messaging System (JMS)
Design Patterns
Specific Skills (Good to have at least one )
Experience with Business Rule Engines, Case Mgmt systems
Experience in Fine tuning the performance, Reliability, Scalability and High Availability
Knowledge and Experience on DROOLS and JBPM
