Role overview
In this role you will provide key support to the Client Coverage Product Enablement hive and act as a focal point for all internal departmental activities. Ensure that day-to-day activities are carried is efficient and processes between departments is seamlessly executed independently.

Our Ideal Candidate
- Years of experience - 4 + years preferably in IT Banking & financials Industry
Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities –
- Working with Portfolio Management for updating monthly forecasts, resource allocation in Clarity PPM tool.
- Monthly Accruals Posting & reconciling
- Purchase order creation and processing of monthly invoices in timely manner
- Coordinate with Line Manager for submission of hiring requests
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition for getting status of hiring
- Working with fieldglass team & Vendor SPOCs for onboarding and offboarding of vendor resources
- Raising requests for IT Assets, VDI, Password/PIN
- Maintaining Distribution Lists
- Secondary Responsibilities
Supporting Portfolio Manager for
- Managing Clarity Initiatives financials
- Coordinating resources for timesheet submission
- Vendor Management - Working with SCM, VMO team for SOW approval
- Maintaining Hive level data eg, Headcount data, financials packs etc
- Act as back up for Portfolio Manager during absence.
Skills
Essential Skills -
- Working knowledge of Project Management Tool like Clarity/Primavera
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Word ,PowerPoint , Sharepoint, Confluence
- PMO & Business Support experience
- Effectiveness in time management
- Efficiency in communicating simple or complex information to staff at different levels
- Ability to handle sensitive information
Nice to have skills -
- PeopleSoft , eProccurement tool, SRM , BMC remedy
