- Workon Active directory, Unlocks, password resets
- Install, repaireand setup computer peripherals
- Resolveproblems on Virtual private network
- Provideassistance via remote control service in order to install software or resolve an issue (Bomgar tool)
- Resolveissues by researching documentation, troubleshooting hardware, software guiding client through corrective steps. Escalating problems to concerned team for next level. Tracked status of problems and solutions.
- Documentand tracked all received request in SNOW
- CreateTermination and New Hire requests for Call center
