Change Manager
At least 5 years Experience in Change Management
• Minimum 2 years LoanIQ hands-on Experience
• Leading the change management activities within a structured process framework.
• Evaluating the change impact and organizational readiness to limit potential risk.
• Training of people on LoanIQ Platform.
• Coordinate and conduct meetings with Change advisory board (CAB) to discuss higher risk changes
• Knowledge of ITIL Process
• Ensures that all the activities designed to implement the change are as per the standards
The policies and procedures should be well defined, recognized and reviewed
