RPA Developer

The corporate office in Chennai has an opportunity for a Technology Lead within Global Business Services.  The leader will work with clients to design automation solutions across many domains (UiPath X, UiPath, Power BI, web forms, mobile applications, etc.)  Candidates must have strong management, development, communication, and business writing skills. 
Responsibilities include:

• Lead a team of developers and implement automation solutions independently
• Ensure automation implementation aligns with best practices
• Support infrastructure and server set up
• Identify risks and implement appropriate mitigation plans
• Manage delivery of automations in accordance with Project Plan
• Manually start automations that have failed to start on schedule
• Disable/enable jobs during planned outages
• Investigate and resolve job execution failures
• Ability to perform RCA on the issues and provide CAPA/Traceability Matrix
• Platform management Review solution design and framework
• Provide technical clarification and guidance
• Process Stakeholder communications
• Coordinate with IT team and CS team for various needs across automation delivery or program management
• Plan and manage special projects
• Interact with business/process teams to gather requirement, test and deploy RPA solutions
• Effectively manage multiple priorities / assist with various projects as they arise.
• Accurately track, monitor, and report progress and obstacles 
• Proactively improve existing digital  processes through thought leadership and adoption of emerging technology
• Travel requirements will be modest, working hours must be flexible to deal with international time zone and key process owners located throughout the world.

• Experience with UiPath, UiPath X, C#, .Net and SQL is a must
• Experience with Server, Cloud Storage & Cloud computing is a must.
• Experience in Python, UiPath, Mobile Application, Webforms is preferable
• Knowledge of service [M1] oriented architecture is preferable
• Knowledge in Finance & Accounting domain is preferable
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Effectively interact with various levels of management.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to multitask.
