Network Engineer
Responsibility:-
Technical Operational Role:
- Act as technical expert on Switching, Security and Meraki (SD WAN) technologies.
- Perform analysis and diagnosis of complex networking, security and Meraki (SD WAN) problems
- Deploy and support multi-vendor network & security solutions with Meraki (SD WAN) suctioning
- Maintain Standard OEMs – Switching, Routing and Security equipment's (Cisco, Cisco Meraki , SD WAN ; Viptela ) based on SOP's and ensure immediate escalation to competent authority in order to ensure uptimes.
Technical Consultancy Role:
- Ability to handle Technical Architect / Solution Consultant role for Global large scale projects on the above said OEM Network & Security products and technology.
- Critical & Major Incident ,Problem ,Change & Operation Project Management, Patch & Release Management, Capacity Management, Knowledge management (KEDB)
- Documentation and Reporting
- Getting resolution from Third parties, Vendors and suppliers for fault.
