Sr No Position Technical Skill set Phase 1 Developer - Policy Compliance ◉ A "ServiceNow IRM Policy and Compliance Developer " is a technical professional responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions within the ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) platform, specifically focusing on the Policy and Compliance Management modules. They work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical configurations, ensuring the organization effectively manages its policies, compliance obligations, and associated risks through the ServiceNow platform. Phase 1 & 2 2 Integrated Risk Management
Technical Architect ◉ A ServiceNow IRM Architect is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions focused on Integrated Risk Management (IRM), including the creation of custom workflows, integrations, and configurations to manage risk, compliance, and audit processes within the platform, while collaborating closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize risk requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
Preferably the same architect to continue in Phase 2
