SQL DBA
Experience in DB Administration in SQL Server 2005/2008/2014/2016/2019
Experience in Backup, restore database using Microsoft and third-party tool
Experience in SQL server Security and Permission on database
Experience in SQL server installation, Upgrade, and patching
Experience in Database performance tuning and troubleshooting users and application related issues
Experience in Database refresh setup and process for non-production databases
Experience in setup of Always-on for HA and support
Experience in high availability [Replication, Mirroring and Log shipping, clustering]
Database security and encryption setup using TDE and other methods
Automation for day-to-day administration activities through scripting like PowerShell
Working with developers in owning, tracking, and resolving database related incidents and requests
Manage MSSQL Database properties for applications in development and production environment
Experience in working on Incidents, Problems, Change tasks and performing RCA
Knowledge on SSIS and SQL Server Reporting Services
Experience in performing DR drill as per customer process
Good communication skill and technical skill to co-ordinate with customer
Good to have:
Knowledge of Third-party tools [Ex
Red gate, Rubrik], ServiceNow (ITSM,ITOM), Solarwinds, New Relics, Nagios
