Business Development Executive
Title: IT Staffing Sales/Business developer Wanted - Are you a master at closing deals and cracking jokes?
We are an IT staffing company that is looking for a sales/account manager to join our team and bring their A-game when it comes to both closing deals and cracking jokes. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage current accounts and grow them, as well as the ability to cultivate new business while keeping the atmosphere light and funny.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining relationships with current clients (while cracking jokes and making them laugh)
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities (while keeping a straight face during their dad jokes)
- Negotiating and closing deals (with a smile and a pun)
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets (while simultaneously cracking jokes)
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction (while keeping the team morale high)
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in sales and account management in the IT staffing industry
- Proven track record of success in sales and account management (or a strong desire to succeed)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (or the ability to bluff like a pro)
- Ability to work independently and be self-driven
- Strong understanding of the IT staffing industry
- A great sense of humor (this one is a must)
- Bonus points for being able to tell a good dad joke (or at least not groan at them)
