Manual Testing
An aptitude for working to challenging deadlines and budgets on a continual basis.
Exposure of working in Agile methodology would be preferable.
Technical
Exposure to the any of the Finance industries (Banking, Insurance) is mandatory.
Understanding of the software development lifecycle and the role that testing plays.
Hands on experience in Software Testing/Business Analysis of multi-user software within a financial environment.
Familiar with common Agile practices, service-oriented environments, and better testing practices.
Knowledge of any defect tracking and configuration management tools would be an added advantage.
