Test Coordinator
Testing Coordinator
- Leading or participating in the development of test items or other materials used in testing
- Coordinating with other members of the testing team, including test designers and test developers
- Overseeing the administration of tests to ensure that they are administered correctly
- Keeping track of test scores and reporting them to managers as needed
- Working with clients to design tests that meet their specific needs
- Participating in the creation of test plans, schedules, and protocols for testing events
- Resolving problems that may occur during testing procedures
- Helping to develop and administer computer-based tests (CBTs) or online tests
- Reviewing results and providing feedback to test developers on the validity of test designs
