Change Analyst
Work Location-Chennai
Exp- 2 to 5 Yrs
Mandatory skill- Change management+ BMC Remedy
NP- Short Notice
- Overall experience of 2 to 4 years with solid Change Management knowledge in addition to good knowledge on other ITSM processes.
- At least 2 years' experience in change management background, based on ITIL principles and practices.
- Experience in being a team player in change management process
- Proven service management background, based on ITIL principles and practices
- Experience of working with Remedy and Service Now, particularly Remedy version 8.1
- Excellent skills in MS Excel, MS SharePoint and MS Visio will be preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Good understanding of the organization's IT infrastructure & application landscape, services provided and customers/users.
