Roles and Responsibilities:-
PFB JD for O2C consultant and share profiles
- 6 to 8 years of functional consulting experience in SAP SD
- In depth understanding of key business processes in the area of SD and integration with other modules
- Previous experience implementing and supporting SAP applications
- Perform system configuration and issue resolution
- Work closely with IT Business Users to clarify functional specifications and fully understand customer requirements
- Write Functional Specification and Perform Unit and Integration Testing
- Participate and support project teams to define business requirements and understand business strategies to ensure proper delivery
- Impart application training to business users
- Must be multi-functional with the ability to work on many assignments at the same time
- Excellent Oral and written communication skills to provide great customer service
