Position: Salesforce Support
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 4-6 yrs
- Act as Salesforce Technical Expert and collaborate with Client / business partners to solve complex and critical business issues and enable CRM and sales processes using Salesforce.com platform.
- Develop, co-ordinate and promote the effective functioning of problem management activities by working with support and development teams.
- Interact with internal dev teams and external 3rd party vendors to trouble shoot and resolve complex issues related Salesforce integration.
- Should possess abilities to develop and monitor the performance of Salesforce Orgs through Alerting tools like Splunk, Wavefront, ThousandEyes, Sitescopes, etc. ..
- Collaborate with Project Managers and other teams to bring out an effective Incident Management plan for the L2 team.
- Work with Salesforce Support Team (SF Vendor) to evaluate any major impact to Client Org and complete the RCA of such issues.
- Proven experience in taking highly conceptual business need and translate into a solution that can be effectively implemented
- Evaluate Salesforce.com releases and provide an assessment to the business for adopting new functionality.
- Demonstrate the ability to influence business teams to maximize the applications being developed, leveraging the best solutions.
- Ability to work as a team player in a geographically diverse group to achieve common goals
- Ready to work in 24*7*365 support environment in shift rotation
