Project Manager - Chennai
10-12 years of Overall experience
Graduate with 5 - 9 years prior work experience
• Excellent Project Management experience required
• Ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion.
• Experiencing in managing project team in onsite-offshore delivery model
• Strong past development background in Java/J2EE Web Technologies is a MUST
• Superb Customer Management experience
• Ensure project deliverables are met on time every time
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience in managing offshore teams
• Experience in different SDLC, process maturity models
• Ability to make quick but calculated decisions.
• PMP Certification is desirable
• Should be able to handle customers, conflict situations, escalation management and so forth
