Implementing Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request.
Collaborate with other business and technical teams to develop user-friendly catalog items using ServiceNow's latest tools including Studio, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
Development of Global Service Catalog from requirement gathering to development, testing, and moving to production
Support ServiceNow implementation / enhancements with technical support as required.
Ensure Enterprise IT / Infrastructure standards are considered.
Service-now ITSM, CMDB, Service catalog
Scripted Web-Services, AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST SSO-SAML Setup.
Integration of ServiceNow to Other Applications.
Developed and Implemented Service Cataloge items, Order guides, record producer, Variable Sets, UI Policies, Data policies, UI Actions, ACL- s, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script includes
Development and Configuration of ServiceNow In scope Modules
Provide technical support for complex issues
