EUC -MDM ||
Skillset : EUC MDM(inTune& Airwatch)
We are looking for Admin profiles only Not developers
- In-depth knowledge on Hardware Troubleshooting of Laptop, Desktop and Printer.
- Configuring and maintaining of Client Secure Printer Service and server L2 support.
- Installing and maintaining of Smart IT devices.
- Provide meeting room support and having good knowledge on AV devices like Polycom TRIO, Microsoft HUB, Microsoft Smart etc.
- Windows platform OS and application related knowledge.
- Having Experince in Service Now ticketing tool.
- Basic level of MAC devices support.
- Familiar in providing call connectivity supports of Skype, VC, VMR and Cisco TP calls.
- Management of IOS and Android mobility devices.
- Handling APAC, EMEA and NA client calls.
- Experience in handling Citrix server related application issues
- Capable of working in complex environment where 24/7 support is required.
